Divine de Gournay, and Customer Photos

I thought that Friday would be a lovely day to share these lovely images.  Can you even believe the gorgeousness?  I've always loved hand painted Chinese wallpaper.  It's everywhere now, but that doesn't diminish it's lure for me.  These are all from de Gournay.  Do you have a favorite here?

Julie, from Mimosa Lane, sent me these amazing pictures from a feature which I so very much appreciate.  What she did with my prints is incredible.  And aren't you seriously impressed with her styling skills?  Be sure to check out Mimosa Lane here.  It's a fantastic blog.  Julie and Albertina have lovely taste and are very interesting ladies

Julie has great taste! The styling is awesome.
I have to say that behaviors that are the norm in the South are an event in other parts of the country. I worked for a local branch of a company based in Ohio and we were told not to use "Sir" or "Ma'am" when addressing customers. The manager had to explain to higher ups that it is just expected here and would be rude not to address people that way. Its funny that there are so many cultural differences regionally.

Julie is brilliant to put your prints in blue frames...wow. Styling is so hard, and hers looks great. I missed that picture making the rounds, but I must agree...what is so impressive? Maybe because his father hated his mother?

Beautiful wallcoverings! That second one looks so much like the new wallpaper Joni Webb put in her bedroom a few months ago...but hers is not dG. Love the other photos, too! Beautiful styling. And the Prince is just doing what we all DREAM a Prince would do....

Love de Gournay! I used to live down the street from their flagship store and I would stop every time I passed it to covet the walls. Simply elegant.

Love the de Gournay wall coverings. The range of colors is amazing. They all seem to look best with gold furnishings, like the gilt mirrors.

I just died and went to heaven! I LOVE de Gournay. I don't think it is too popular as not many can afford it. You can never see enough pictures!! Have a great weekend! xo

I adore de Gournay! I would want to wrap myself up in it if I ever was so lucky to afford it. The Well-Appointed Home had a great post a few weeks ago about having it backed so that it you move you can take it with you. Good to know :)
