Darling Dallas Listing

5.10.2012

Little mailers come constantly from local real estate companies and I usually don't even look at them.  They go straight to recycling.  A photo on one I received yesterday got my attention.  It's below.  Can you guess which one?

I'm not in the market for a new house, but I still looked up this listing.  I think this house is darling.  I love the blue and white and the light, clean look.  That first room with the blue paint and the books is my favorite.  What do you think?

I like this home so much, I just checked out the listing. It says it has 2 stories? That is a good architect. You definitely have "libraries" on your brain. I love the family room. It confirms that I need to paint some ceilings in high gloss.

Wow, how much is this beautiful piece of real estate? I love it, the study is fantastic painted in that deep navy! I also love the blue and white ikat fabric on the chairs! I wonder what material it is! That home is going to go fast!

What a great house! The inside looks / feels so much roomier and bigger than the exterior. Perfect size home, IMO. I love all the tall windows and natural light. Great Swedish chairs, too. Thank you for sharing. I am new to your blog.....so glad to find you, too!!
Cheers from DC,

I love recieving those listings in my inbox, it's like a surprise each time. Makes me wonder how much this beautiful house is, I am a former Texan and homes down there are incredibly affordable. Mandy

Hi, I hope you check back for a reply -- I couldn't find a way to email you. The house is 4683 S. Versailles. I knew the link was down the day after I posted this. No idea why, but if you're new to Dallas this is West HP and a great location. I'd love to see your Etsy store -- send me a link? Thanks so much, Jennifer

I bet the reason you can't see the link anymore is because it sold.

You're right, Lucinda! A realtor friend looked it up for me and it went under contract May 10th. No surprise with it being this gorgeous, right?

I adore receiving people bookings around my mail, it really is like a surprise whenever. Tends to make myself ponder the amount of that gorgeous house is actually, I am some sort of ex- Texan along with residences straight down you will find very reasonably priced.
