I ran across this yesterday and fell in love. It's by Ferguson and Shamamian Architects LLP. Both men worked at Parish-Hadley, and it shows. How I would adore a fireplace in the kitchen/breakfast room. What do you think?

Charming. Love most that there isn't a swiss cheese ceiling of can lights. In our remodel from hell, I'm turning the back of our house into one big room and turning the former family room, which became our dining room, into a library+dining space. Having a fireplace in the kitchen mix is delightful!
