Blue and White Monday With Florals

Flowers are beautiful in blue and white.  This photo was taken of some pink azalea in my breakfast room.  Sadly, they are no longer with us.

This is William Eubanks.  Aren't those orchids lovely with the blue and white?

This is from Nell Hill's Blog, and these orange roses and hosta are gorgeous in blue and white.

Anna Spiro -- you know I love the pink and blue.

Mark Hampton

I could be happy looking at images of blue and white and flowers all day long.  I'm partial to shades of pink and red in blue and white, but yellow, orange, green and blue look beautiful as well.  Do you have a favorite?

And what about a favorite dress from the Golden Globes last night?  My favorite was Anne Hathaway's Chanel.  She looked lovely, and I was happy that she won.  Did you watch?  Thoughts?

I am so inspired by you to add to my blue and white pottery collection! I found two lovely planters at an estate sale this weekend, but I still have a ways to go! :)

I love the orange roses in the blue and white. Of course anything hydrangea looks good in ....anything. The pink pops the best. I also really enjoyed the Golden Globes. It wasn't boring and long like most award shows.

Your pink flowers are so beautiful. I have to add to my blue and white collection. I was disappointed in the show and fashions except for a few. I thought Anne looked very classy. So many I thought could have done better. Happy to see Argo recognized, it was one of my favorite films of the year.

Gorgeous photos, Jennifer. The combination of your pink azaleas in the blue and white jars is divine. I also love the Mary Douglas Drysdale lime green secretary with the blue and white. And I am with you on Anne Hathaway. Of the photos I have seen, her's is my favorite by far - perfection.
All best,
Phyllis

Those orange roses are just amazing. And the globes were a good time I thought. Of course, I'm easily entertained. :)

re: my Maureen Footer post, I am not one BIT surprised that you liked the blue and white one :)
This post has inspired me to try doing more floral arrangements in my ginger jars - it just looks gorgeous. Not sure why I haven't tried that with ginger jars before, considering I just put an entire Christmas tree in one...
