If my kitchen were this beautiful I'd want to never leave. Are you familiar with the work of Anne Hepfer? She's an incredibly talented interior designer from New York who graduated from Parsons and now lives in Toronto. You can read all about her impressive career here. Her work is amazing.
Go here to see much more of Anne Hepfer's beautiful interiors. I've included some of my favorites, but there were too many gorgeous images to include them all here.
I love all of these photos, but what I appreciate most is that they don't all have a specific "look." I think it requires much talent for designers to be successful with different styles. Is there a designer you can think of where you always can recognize a room designed by him or her? I'm not sure what I think about that, but since clients can't possibly all have the same design aesthetic, it's interesting to consider. What are your thoughts?
Happy Friday!

Oh yes!! so many great ideas....I love that dining room with pops of red, and that green hallway...kind of malachite-ish....oh wao!! ANd I see she uses marble for her backsplash in the kitchen...I have been wondering about marble in the kitchen since it absorbs so much but its so beautiful. Not sure what to do with mine!!
I really love all of those rooms and many were new to me.
I think developing a signature look as a designer is a bit like being type cast as an actor. Its great to be well known for something but it becomes who you are to others and if they don't want that, you are out of luck.
Those bar stools stopped me in my tracks. Wow!
Love Anne's work - thank you for sharing it with us!
Love her work...so talented!
I had to pin a few images on this post and I bet you can guess which ones. I agree it takes more thought to go outside one's own design aesthetics when working with a client and make it suitable for their own personal design aesthetic and make it look the best it can. I just wrote a post today about getting back to our own personal design roots. I have always been an advocate for teaching a client to be able to do that even when I am not around so they can be comfortable with their choices. I agree she can do many different looks and do them beautifully,

Couldn't agree more. Someone that can be versatile has a real gift! Love that red and white dining room!
We just did a post on her this past Tuesday and LOVE her gorgeous rooms...stunning!!
Love her style, especially the dining room with all the blue and white upholstered chairs, so simple but so sophisticated! She is so versatile- calm and serene, bold and a little edge to her style! Love it.
