Blue and White Fish Bowls

6.16.2012

Mary McDonald

This incredible Mary McDonald foyer is helped so much by the blue and white fish bowl planters.  They help to break up the crimson fabric and wall color by and adding another rich color with a bit of pattern.

Thank you so much to everyone for all of the enthusiastic well wishing on my new blue and white store  I've had emails with suggestions/requests for items shown in a room; hence this post.  I'm going to link descriptions to blog posts.

Happy Saturday!

I adore these planters. This is one of my all time favorites.
Than you for sharing. Taking another tour of the shop now that things are settling down around here.

Blue and white porcelain seems to work beautifully with every color. I have never seen it in a room where it didn't look great.

BEAUTIFUL!!! I have been collecting blue and white pieces for about 28 years now! I do ahve one beautiful LARGE fish bowl that I can put a tree in. I also have a HUGE jar that was in my son's shop and he gave to me!!!! One garden seat that I got MANY years ago and at a bargain basement price!!! I went to your store and love it all. We are moving in Sept. so I will probably be wanting some new pieces then! I'll come to your store FIRST! XO, Pinky

This is probably one of the few things that would work in any room. I love that it would never need reupholstering ;)
