Happy Monday! I hope you enjoyed your weekend. Today I'm sharing rooms with blue and white by Rinfret, Ltd. Cindy Rinfret is the principal design of Rinfret Ltd. and is known for her "classic Greenwich style." I loved looking through their portfolio, and was happy to find all this beautiful blue and white.
Dana Gibson Hamilton Beach Slow Cooker
I asked for advice about slow cookers last week here, and got lots of helpful suggestions. I also got an email from a reader suggesting I look at Consumer Reports which was a great idea. I did, and their top suggestion is the Hamilton Beach Set and Forget. The All Clad model I was looking at got good reviews and I heard good things from readers. However, the reviews online are negative. I keep reading that people have problems early on. I have to hurry and decide before winter's over. Thank you so much to everyone who left information for me about this! While I'm on this subject, I'd love to ask if you have a favorite slow cooker recipe book or website with great slow cooker recipes? Please share!

I like the lasagna.
I really like the fixit n forget it cookbooks. I just grabbed Slow Cooker Revolution the other day at Fresh Market but haven't tried any thing. Of course So Living and BH&G have decent slow cooker recipe books. Have fun, they can really make your life easier. I recently took my pressure cooker out of storage, thats another overlooked cooking accessory and I was pleased to see the WSJ mentioned them the other day! Have a great week!

I love the curtains on the bed in the first photo...very girly but fun. I made Martha Stewart's Slow Cooker Garlic Chicken on Saturday...it was so great when we all came home hungry from skiing.
